Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for unused and undamaged cigar accessories within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for cigars due to health and safety regulations.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal to request a return. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
Cigarthings.com is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
